Battlefield: This arena takes places is in the very center of the town called Narim, while a demon siege is in full force. The town square is typical, bearing a diamond shape with a large fountain in the middle. It is surrounded by buildings and also has various alleyways and roads leading in and out of it. Currently, many of the buildings are burning, and the fountain is utterly destroyed, leaving a thin puddle of water around its porcelain ruins.
A cannon sounded to his left as Tsunoii was jolted out of his reverie. The demon forces he hailed were launching an attack on a city called Narim on the far north of Hallowa, and he was part of the siege. His mastery of Necromancy was so valued that the Demonics put him on the front lines; either that or, they saw him partially as a liability, and cared very little if he died. No matter, Tsunoii thought to himself, and he dismissed logic from his mind as he let his senses be filled by the battle around him; the scent of blood and gunpowder in the air; the cacophony of screams erupting from the dying weaklings; the cool night air that shivered with the vibrations of heavy artillery; Tsunoii loved all of it, and embraced it as he took to battle.

"Seraphics!" Tsunoii heard one of the Caller Imps shout as he watched the life leave out of a villager whose throat he had slit. If another Abyssial was there, they would be able to see his already wide grin stretch nearly to his ears as he rose to his feet. The carnage and flaming buildings around him were a sight too amazing for words.
There they are, Tsunoii thought as he spotted the first wave of Seraphic troops. Arcs of light and shadow erupted as priests and necromancers magically clashed. The plasma weaponry of the front line shined brilliantly as it cut through Demonic flesh and the bone weaponry that attempted to block it. The display was impressive, but Tsunoii was not convinced of their strength, not until he faced them.
He rushed into the fray and engaged one of the front-line heavies just as they finished off a demon. The bulky Risen Soul grunted, half between a laugh and a scoff, and swung his Plasma Hammer at the impudent Abyssial in front of him.
In a flash, Tsunoii's sword was drawn, and both the head of the Plasma Hammer and its wielders arm were cut in two. He would let the sounds of pain and the smell of blood draw the rest of the angels to him.
Weak.

seeing the fierce display, Kalek's mind focused to protect. he ran up behind the ally forces, folded hands, and started chanting. not a moment later bright aura seeped through the ground from Kalek's feet, enriching the soldiers' spirits and making them slightly incandescent

Just as he had hoped, the attention of several other heavies was immediately drawn to Tsunoii. Thankfully, most of the priests had their hands full with opposing necromancers and so could not join the assault. One, however, had seen Tsunoii's display and had reacted by imbuing the heavies in front of him with a glowing aura. Tsunoii didn't doff his grin, not until they proved themselves as worthy opponents.
Three heavies all leapt at the Abyssial in tandem, each swinging a Plasma Mace, Plasma Greatsword, and Plasma Spear, respectively. The blinding speed at which they approached completely threw Tsunoii off-guard as he was forced to dodge the first two swipes. Not being fast enough to dodge the third, he parried the Plasma Spear with his mounted forearm shield, which broke in response. Tsunoii then hopped backwards a number of times, putting some distance between himself and the heavies.
Okay. So the priest makes them strong.
Tsunoii's demeanor changed from jovial to extremely serious as his metaphysical smile finally faded.
One at a time.
Tsunoii lurched forward so that he was on his forearms and knees. He then picked up his hands, and slammed them on the ground, causing the broken pavement of the city square around him to seethe with darkness. He then threw one hand forward, pointed toward the heavy with the spear. Dark tendrils shot from the shadows around Tsunoii and pulled him in front of the Abyssial. The heavy shouted in pain as the bonds of black tightened, crushing him to death.
A small grin reappeared on Tsunoii's face.

"PHILIIIP!" shouted Kalek as he raised his hand to the sun! "OUR LIGHT WILL PURGE THE DARK-HEARTED!" as he says this a powerful spear of light aura manifests, so brightly that looking directly at it is like looking at the sun and he hurls it through Philip!

Tsunoii did not know what to make of the priest's battle-cry. He did not have much time to ponder his feelings, however, as the dark mass floating in front of him was pierced by a lance of light. Thankfully, Tsunoii was low to the ground, so the attack merely singed his back.
"Hmph." Tsunoii grunted in dissatisfaction. He had hoped that the heavies would make better meat shields. He would have to take the offensive.
The darkness in front of him contorted and mangled as the sound of snapping bone and metal ripping flesh resounded. The nearby heavies, trying to get into formation to surround their opponent, were stunned for a moment by the gruesome symphony. Tsunoii took advantage of this moment and attacked simultaneously on two fronts. The dark mass whirled and spit out a rushing mass of bones and fragmented armor, killing the Greatsword wielding heavy at his left. At the same time, Tsunoii dashed to the right and leapt on top of the Mace wielding heavy, knocking him on his back. In a split-second, the Abyssial's Odachi rent the lightly armored throat of his opponent.
His small smirk was again a full-toothed smile. Or, it would be, if Abyssials had teeth.

"get back from the abyssial!" The glasses on my forehead glowed with the sun and aura, chains of light manifested from the sky around in a circle until quickly closing in on Tsunoii. (to bind his actions)

In a fit of madness that ensued after slitting the throat of yet another Seraphic, Tsunoii was too busy cackling incessantly, watching and smelling the blood to realize the priest had cast another spell. The call for the enemy troops to back up woke him partially, but not enough; he only fully snapped back to reality when the chains of light that shot out of the sky bound him and rose him into the air.
Then he was lucid. Damn it.
Instead of trying to break out of his restraints, Tsunoii focused all of his energy on casting an aggressive spell. The shadows of the now conglomerated troops near the priest began to shift and take form; spines of black rose from behind the enemies. Tsunoii commanded all of the Shadow Spikes to attack the priest, hoping to, at the very least, break the priest's concentration and stop the binding spell.

one brave seraphic ally shoved kalek to safety, but seriously wounding himself in the process. Kalek's spell had broken with a burst of light, at this moment he aimed his sniper at the knee of the abyssial hoping to hinder his badassery

"Heh!" Tsunoii chuckled as the spines lethally pierced one of the priests comrades. Sure enough, the binding chains of light dissipated moments after, sending him Tsunoii into a fit of laughter. Still vaguely aware of his surroundings, he caught the sight of flames glinting off of a long metal barrel. Hunched over, he swung his head upward so that he was facing the priest. A sniper rifle was pointed right at the Abyssial.I It seemed to be aiming for his legs.
Too easy. Tsunoii thought, and in a flash he was flipped upside-down and spinning, dodging the bullet with less than a millisecond of leeway. The priest was a good shot, just such a straightforward tactic would not work on Tsunoii.
Still in mid-air, the Abyssial flipped his positioning so that he was parallel to the ground, head facing the priest. He then used shadowy aura to propel himself at blinding speeds toward the priest. Just before they would have collided, Tsunoii rights himself back to a vertical position and attempts to grab the priests throat.

Kalek's furious vengeance flowed through the ille'ren's blood, surging his aura from his eyes and mouth and glasses into a blinding explosion of light THAT COULD BE SEEN FROM THE HEAVENS! upon sight returning the abyssial was only feet away from Kalek. drained of magic he stood up and readied his defences
